Senior Leadership Role
A high-growth residential living brand is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead its B2C marketing strategy and play a pivotal role in launching new developments across the UK. This is a senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and operating at a level equivalent to Director positions in comparable organisations.
Over their six-year growth plan, the Head of Marketing will shape and scale a high-performing marketing function of up to 20 specialists. This role will also work closely with the wider Group's marketing division to ensure consistent narrative and brand alignment across all business areas.
Role Purpose
The Head of Marketing will define and execute the business's brand and marketing strategy, driving customer engagement, market presence, and successful property launches. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact and strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and deliver a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned to business goals.
Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Build a deep understanding of customer demographics to inform targeted campaigns.
Oversee marketing budgets and performance measurement.
Team Leadership
Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Set clear objectives, manage development plans, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Campaign & Launch Delivery
Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and events.
Drive the successful launch of new units and developments, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven and ROI-focused.
Ensure all marketing activity is executed on time, to brief, and to a high standard.
Operational Excellence
Collaborate with mobilisation and lettings teams to prepare developments for market, including all marketing collateral and launch assets.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and prioritise initiatives based on performance data.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Group marketing division to ensure a unified, cohesive brand narrative.
Essential Requirements
5+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership within the property sector.
Proven track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
Strong strategic mindset with creative problem-solving ability.
Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and performance measurement.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in brand development, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign delivery.
