About the Role

You'll be the face of this exciting new launch - guiding customers through their journey from first enquiry all the way to moving day. This is an affluent and competitive market, so we're looking for someone who's proactive, hungry for sales, and naturally customer-focused.

You'll be perfect for this role if you…

• Have previous experience in new homes sales (or strong property sales experience)

• Are confident, warm, and able to build rapport instantly

• Thrive in a busy selling environment and stay motivated by targets

• Balance professionalism and personality - a true all-rounder

• Can work weekends as part of a rota on a 7-day site
