Sales Team Leader - New Home Sales (Reading)

Location: Reading, Berkshire
Salary: £30,000-£36,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+)
Hours: 10am-5pm, 5 days per week (weekend rota with consecutive days off)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temp-to-perm with fast-track to permanent (typically 8-12 weeks)

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and suite professionalism

  • Leading the team by example in sales and customer service
