Requirements:

• Experience managing a Lettings team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a highly transactional market
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

This business will offer you security from the minute you walk in the door. They are willing to put down a guarantee period lasting 6-12 months with a Basic Salary and Commission structure that's above market average after that.
