The Team
The successful candidate will join a high-performing Investment & Valuations team; supporting senior leadership on investment underwriting, quarterly valuations, and strategic market analysis. This role reports directly to the Investment & Valuations Manager.
The Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior level Investment & Valuation Analyst to support the assessment, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities. The role involves financial modelling, valuation work, market research, and the preparation of clear and insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

About You
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other relevant
* 4-7 years' experience in investment analysis, real estate, corporate finance, or consulting
* Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analytics, dynamic formulas)
* Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create compelling presentations
* Solid understanding of valuation techniques, DCF analysis, and benchmarking
* Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
