We're looking for a New Homes Customer Experience Assistant to support a high-profile residential development in East London. This is a front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, setting the tone for a premium new homes experience.
- £30-35k equivalent pay + holiday pay
- Weekly pay (Fridays)
- Full-time hours, 10 - 6pm, 5 days per week, in a professional property environment

What you'll be doing:
Welcoming visitors into the marketing suite and commercial area.
Handling enquiries in person, via email, and through internal systems.
Talking through key features of the development (pre qualifying before passing to sales team).
Booking and managing viewing appointments.
Passing qualified leads to the on-site sales consultants.
Keeping accurate visitor and enquiry records.
Supporting the sales team with admin - strong admin skills a must!
Ensuring the suite always looks immaculate.
