Details on the position:

- Senior Lettings Negotiator

- Basic Salary circa £30,000

- Commission Structure starting at 10% that rises throughout the year

- OTE in the region of £60,000

Requirements for the position:

- Senior Lettings Negotiator experience

- The ability to operate in a highly transactional market

- A hunger to succeed

- ARLA qualifications

- Valuation experience
