What you'll be doing:
Owning month-end and management reporting across the PBSA portfolio
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Partnering with operational teams to drive performance
Managing audits, statutory accounts, and external advisers
Improving systems, controls, and processes as the business grows
What they're looking for:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
PBSA, property, or operational real estate experience
Strong Excel and reporting capability
Someone who enjoys building, improving, and taking responsibility
