Sales Executive - New Homes (Cambridge)
We are working on behalf of a respected residential developer to recruit an experienced Sales Executive for a new homes development in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a well-established scheme with strong earning potential and long-term career prospects.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience)
Plot Sale Commission: Circa £20,000 per annum
Customer Care Bonus: £2,000 per annum
Mileage: Paid at 45p per mile (to and from work)
Pension & Life Insurance: Provided following successful completion of probation
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing the full sales process for new homes, from enquiry through to reservation
Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and after-sales journey
Building strong relationships with buyers to ensure a positive customer experience
Achieving and exceeding individual and site sales targets
Maintaining accurate records and compliance with all sales procedures
Working Pattern & Location
Working Pattern: Every weekend worked, with two days off during the week
Location: Cambridge (based either in Eddington or one of the surrounding village developments)
About You
Previous experience in property or face-to-face sales is preferred
Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident in delivering an excellent customer journey
