The RoleMy client is seeking a Property Manager &amp; Leasing Associate to support the pre-launch, launch and stabilisation of this flagship London development - a mixed-use co-living community combining residential, communal and commercial space. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in a full building launch within a next-generation residential management business.Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be involved across property management, leasing, marketing, front-of-house operations, resident experience, and community engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Management &amp; Operations<ul><li>Perform front-of-house duties and act as a visible presence for residents</li><li>Assist with check-in and check-out inspections and selected move-ins</li><li>Communicate property defects to the Development Team</li><li>Support resolution of resident maintenance requests</li><li>Communicate building updates and events via the resident app</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of common areas</li><li>Support general building operations and deputise for the General Manager when required</li><li>Review night service logs and ensure follow-up actions are taken</li></ul> Sales &amp; Leasing<ul><li>Assist with property listings, online marketing and social media activity</li><li>Manage daily leasing enquiries via HubSpot CRM, responding within 2 business hours</li><li>Handle enquiries from walk-ins, Rightmove, telephone and email</li><li>Conduct property tours, including evenings and weekends</li><li>Support application, referencing and move-in processes</li><li>Maintain accurate leasing files, reports and databases</li><li>Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents</li><li>Support resident onboarding and move-outs</li></ul> Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Follow all health &amp; safety policies and procedures</li><li>Carry out and record routine checks including fire alarms and emergency lighting</li><li>Maintain compliance records</li><li>Be fully conversant with emergency and evacuation procedures</li></ul> Community Engagement &amp; Resident Experience<ul><li>Deliver a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction</li><li>Support the delivery of branded and resident-led community events</li><li>Assist with resident communications, feedback and satisfaction surveys</li><li>Promote resident engagement and community connections</li><li>Build relationships with local businesses to create resident offers and partnerships</li><li>Support organisation and attendance of monthly resident events</li></ul> Marketing &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Create social media content from events and virtual viewings</li><li>Liaise with marketing teams to curate posts</li></ul> Resident Relations<ul><li>Assist with preparation of resident welcome packs</li><li>Act as a key point of contact within the building community</li><li>Build familiarity with residents and support community connections</li></ul> Financial Support<ul><li>Assist with tracking expenses and income</li><li>Use internal systems to support financial and booking processes</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Must have property management experience</li><li>Interest in residential leasing, property management and community-building</li><li>Customer-focused with a positive, professional and approachable manner</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving ability</li><li>Confident team player with a flexible attitude</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Familiarity with the London rental market is advantageous</li></ul>Why Apply?This role offers the chance to be part of an exciting new building launch and to gain hands-on experience across leasing, operations and community management within an innovative residential platform.
