Our client is an innovative housing developer dedicated to delivering well-designed, sustainable and affordable homes for first-time buyers and renters in London.

With nearly two decades of experience, they specialize in creating discounted homes for people who earn too much to qualify for social housing but are priced out of the open market. They have helped over 1,500 Londoners achieve homeownership through their 20% discounted homes model.

The business has also expanded into the rental sector, recognizing the importance of supporting the city's key workers and creatives throughout their housing journey.

The Role

We are seeking a 360-degree Marketing Manager for an innovative and exciting role responsible for managing brand and development marketing.

You will lead the delivery of B2B and B2C campaigns according to the overarching strategy. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and exercise your creative flair in a fun and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running and work autonomously with guidance from the Head of Marketing, engaging and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Strategy

  • Deliver B2B and B2C campaigns across all channels in line with the overarching strategy-attracting, informing and converting first-time buyers
  • Report on, analyse and optimise campaign performance to shape future strategy and improve results

Digital & Website

  • Manage all digital channels (website, social, email, paid media) to improve brand consistency and performance
  • Lead ongoing website enhancements-UX, content and conversion-to increase registrations
  • Drive the transition from SEO to GEO and improve overall organic visibility and reach
  • Develop lead scoring and automated customer journeys to increase efficiency and strengthen conversion

Brand, Content & Creative

  • Protect and evolve the brand, acting as the voice of the first-time buyer in London
  • Create and oversee design-led content, including photoshoots, video shoots and social assets
  • Manage corporate and B2B presentations, ensuring clear messaging that supports business objectives
  • Manage reviews across platforms and deliver initiatives to improve brand reputation

Offline Marketing & Events

  • Oversee PR, events, print, OOH and show-home activities that connect with the target audience
  • Manage on-site events and support staff events, contributing positively to company culture

Sales Support & Partnerships

  • Work closely with Sales to generate high-quality leads and provide tools that boost conversion
  • Manage partnerships and influencers to expand reach and connect with new audiences

Budget, Planning & Delivery

  • Manage budgets and media schedules effectively
  • Work autonomously while collaborating across the business to deliver projects at pace

Essential Skills Required

  • At least 5 years' previous marketing experience, two of which in a managerial role
  • Experienced in managing social media communities-B2C and B2B
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CRM, CMS and email marketing and all social media platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in presenting to senior leaders
  • A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in translating data into optimisations and improvements
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Confident in adopting AI technology to improve efficiency

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in photography and/or videography
  • Design enthusiast with a keen eye for brand
  • Experience of working in real estate
  • A lover of London and its culture

Additional Information

Developments are located across London, and on occasion you will be required to travel.

Flexible working environment: Three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday)
