The Role

Lead operations across a multi-functional portfolio, ensuring efficient delivery of high-end residential services while driving financial performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. You'll have direct accountability for Lettings, Residential Services, Facilities/Maintenance/Compliance, Central Contact Centre, and Credit Control.

What They're Looking For

A strategic, financially aware leader with 10 + years in similar residential/BTR/single family housing roles and a strong senior operational background across multiple sites. You'll need proven experience developing and implementing operating models, managing change, and making data-driven decisions. Essential skills include sound knowledge of residential property regulations and compliance, board-level reporting capability, and stakeholder management expertise. A degree or industry qualification is required.

The ideal candidate is commercially and customer focused with proven delivery at senior level, comfortable operating both independently and as part of the senior management team.
