You'll need proven experience developing and implementing operating models, managing change, and making data-driven decisions. Essential skills include sound knowledge of residential property regulations and compliance, board-level reporting capability, and stakeholder management expertise. A degree or industry qualification is required.</p><p >The ideal candidate is commercially and customer focused with proven delivery at senior level, comfortable operating both independently and as part of the senior management team.</p>
