The Team
The successful candidate will join a high-performing Investment & Valuations team; supporting senior leadership on investment underwriting, quarterly valuations, and strategic market analysis. This role reports directly to the Investment & Valuations Manager and offers progression into leading the department, management experience of Analysts would be required.

The Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Residential Real Estate Investment & Valuation specialist to support the assessment, execution, and monitoring of investment opportunities. The role will be hands-on involving financial modelling, valuation work, market research, and the preparation of clear and insightful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling & Analysis - ESSENTIAL

Building models from scratch (Excel, Not using Argus) - ESSENTIAL

Preparation of Capital structure analyses, debt sizing, and waterfall models for joint ventures and acquisitions

Progression into a leadership position managing a team of Analysts and department.

Valuation & Research
Investment Documentation & Support
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Presentation & Reporting
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.

About You

Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other relevant
* 7-10 years' experience in investment analysis, real estate, corporate finance, or consulting
* Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analytics, dynamic formulas)
* Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create compelling presentations
* Solid understanding of valuation techniques, DCF analysis, and benchmarking
* Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Self-motivated, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
