Seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join a London-based housing developer delivering meaningful social impact across the city.
This is a hybrid role combining digital marketing, brand management, content creation, social media, B2B communications and development marketing. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, owning campaigns and shaping how the organisation presents itself.

Key Responsibilities
Lead digital marketing, including social media (LinkedIn), content and analytics.
Deliver brand and website projects.
Manage B2B and corporate communications.
Support development marketing campaigns across London.
Produce high-quality copywriting for digital and offline channels.
Work with agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders.
About You
Experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive.
Strong digital marketing and content strategy background.
Confident communicator, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling skills.
Experience with tools such as Mailchimp, CMS platforms, CRM systems, Canva or Adobe,
Sector experience in property, housing, regeneration or real estate is welcome but not essential.
