Senior Sales Consultant - Residential New Homes
Location: South West London
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 basic | £60,000+ OTE
Start Date: ASAP (no later than early February)
A leading residential developer is seeking two experienced Senior Sales Consultants to join a flagship new homes development in South West London.
This is an opportunity to step into a high-performing, established sales team on a major scheme, where you'll be expected to add immediate value and operate at a senior level from day one.
The Role
Drive apartment sales across a landmark residential development, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
Act as a senior presence on site, supporting and guiding existing team members
Build strong relationships with purchasers and internal stakeholders
Maintain exceptional presentation standards and ensure full compliance with sales processes
The Ideal Candidate
3-4+ years' experience in residential property sales (agency background welcomed)
Strong track record of performance, ideally from well-known London agencies
New homes experience not essential, but a strong sales mindset is critical
No lettings backgrounds
Confident, professional, and commercially astute
Able to hit the ground running and lead by example within a sales team
