Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + 5% bonus + £40,000 quarterly commission

An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Consultant for their flagship development in Westminster. This is a front-line sales role where you'll represent luxury properties to discerning buyers in one of the capital's most prestigious locations. The position offers exceptional earning potential for sales professionals who understand the prime central London market and can deliver the level of service expected by high-net-worth individuals.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct viewings and present luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals with exceptional attention to detail
- Negotiate sales and guide sophisticated buyers through the purchasing journey
- Maintain the show apartment and sales suite to reflect the premium nature of the development
- Build relationships with buyers, wealth managers, solicitors and independent financial advisers
- Manage enquiries through the CRM system with meticulous accuracy
- Work collaboratively with the development sales lead to exceed quarterly targets
- Deliver white-glove customer service befitting this prestigious Westminster address
- Provide market intelligence and buyer feedback to inform strategy
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in property sales, ideally within new homes or prime residential
- Proven ability to negotiate at senior levels and close high-value transactions
- Polished communication skills with the gravitas to engage high-net-worth clients
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour
- Comfortable working alternate weekends on a structured rota
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales technology
- Full UK driving licence
- Understanding of the prime central London market preferred
