Night Duty Manager - Luxury Residential (Fulham)

£45,000 - £50,000 + bonus | 4 on / 4 off | Nights

We're recruiting a Night Duty Manager for a high-end residential community in Fulham - a calm, people-focused role where vigilance, emotional intelligence and presence matter more than pace.

This is a quiet but important night environment. You'll suit this role if you enjoy responsibility, autonomy, and looking after people - not constant firefighting.

The role

• Oversee the safe, secure and compliant running of the building overnight

• Be the first point of contact for residents, guests and any overnight issues

• Maintain a visible, reassuring presence across the site

• Carry out security checks, safeguarding awareness and incident response

• Work closely with daytime teams to ensure smooth handovers

About you

• Calm, observant and emotionally intelligent

• Naturally vigilant with a strong sense of responsibility

• Comfortable working independently overnight

• Background in concierge, duty management, residential, security, care or hospitality

• Safeguarding or care experience is a strong advantage

• Senior "head concierge" profiles may find this role too quiet - this suits someone who values purpose over pace

Hours & package

• 4 on / 4 off night rota (12-hour shifts)

• £45,000 - £50,000 salary + performance bonus
