The Role
This Intermediate Project Manager position sits at the heart of project delivery, carrying day-to-day accountability for maintaining exceptional service standards across multiple schemes. You'll bridge strategic oversight with practical execution, ensuring client objectives are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with senior Project Managers and Directors to steer projects from conception through practical completion
* Coordinate and monitor delivery across all phases including design development, procurement strategy, and construction execution
* Take ownership of budget monitoring and technical management encompassing design progression, procurement processes, JCT contract administration, and programme risk management
* Attend and contribute to site inspections, client briefings, and design team coordination meetings
* Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, risk registers, and procurement packages
* Uphold rigorous health, safety, and quality standards across all project activities
* Orchestrate effective collaboration between contractors, design consultants, and stakeholder groups to maintain project momentum
The Ideal Candidate
* Self-starting professional who takes initiative in planning, monitoring, and directing workstreams both independently and across teams
* Solid experience within consultancy project management environments with practical contract administration knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational capabilities with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
* Successful delivery history on complex construction schemes and high-risk residential buildings, particularly within the Living Sector
* Located in or around Central London with willingness to travel to project sites across Greater London
* Established record of managing projects through complete delivery cycles
* Relevant degree qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Real Estate Development
