£35k Basic + £55k OTE | Sunday & Monday Off

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, planet-positive developer for their stunning new development in Epping - a truly unique, sustainability-led scheme where residents enjoy zero energy bills, plus access to a gym, allotments, electric car & bicycle club, and concierge service.
With first completions underway and a live show home, this is an exciting time to join a developer that's doing things differently.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Running the site solo - you'll own the full sales journey from lead generation and viewings through to AML checks and handovers
- Building and managing your own database
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience on a development that sells itself
- Shaping processes and making the role your own in a business that values autonomy and initiative
What We're Looking For:
- A few years' experience working on new homes sites with some level of responsibility
- Knowledge of the Epping area (or surrounding)
- Someone who thrives working independently and takes ownership
- A genuine interest in sustainability (this isn't just a buzzword here!)
