Business Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days office, remainder WFH + client meetings)
Type: Full-time
Salary: £40-50k basic + OTE £60-£75k
Holiday: 22 days plus office closure between Christmas and New Year

The Role
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to own referral growth and build market presence across the prime property sector. This is an autonomous, results-driven role where you'll have genuine freedom to shape your approach and create your own success.
You'll establish and nurture relationships with property professionals, estate agents, developers, relocation agents, and property managers building strategic partnerships that deliver sustained revenue growth.
This role is for someone from a B2B or property background who is confident building relationships from scratch, commercially minded, and hungry to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with property consultants and generate qualified referrals
- Establish strategic partnerships with estate agents, property managers, relocation agents, and developers
- Shape and execute outreach strategies that reflect understanding of the property market
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Report on pipeline development, deal flow, and referrer activity
About You
- You have 2+ years of experience in either B2B business development OR the property market (luxury estate agency, relocation, property staging, development, or similar)
- Alternatively, you've worked in business development for a furniture rental or staging company
- You're confident building new relationships and developing strategic partnerships
- You understand (or are eager to learn) the language, pace, and expectations of the prime property market
- You're commercially astute with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- You have a growth mindset and are excited by the opportunity to be part of a scaling business
