My Client, a well-established family-run estate agency in Kennington, is looking to appoint a Senior Sales Negotiator as part of their exciting expansion strategy. This is a growth hire, not a replacement - a clear signal of their serious ambitions in the local market.

From this one office over the next two years, My Client is targeting an additional £1 million in sales revenue, and you'll play a pivotal role in making that happen. This is an opportunity to join a business that combines traditional family values with bold, forward-thinking growth objectives.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £30,000
• OTE: £50,000
• Personal Billing Target: £250,000
• Saturdays: 1 in 3 rotation
• Pool car option available

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting viewings and converting prospective buyers across the Kennington area
• Managing the full sales process from offer negotiation through to completion
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and local contacts
• Generating new business through proactive prospecting and excellent service delivery
• Achieving personal billing targets of £250,000 annually
• Contributing directly to the office's £1 million revenue growth ambition
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular market insights
• Working collaboratively with the team to drive collective success
• Representing the business with professionalism and integrity in the local community
