My Client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team on the Greenwich Peninsula. This is a unique opportunity to become the go-to expert for one of London's most dynamic and rapidly evolving neighbourhoods.
With a varied portfolio spanning traditional secondhand market sales and premium new build developments, you'll work exclusively within the Peninsula itself - meaning no driving required and the chance to build unrivalled local knowledge and presence.
The Opportunity
This role offers genuine earning potential with a basic salary of £30,000 and an OTE of £65,000 - £70,000+. You'll work closely with the Sales Manager as part of a collaborative team operating on a team commission basis, ensuring shared success and collective drive.
The position offers flexible weekend working within a guaranteed 5-day working week structure, providing excellent work-life balance alongside strong financial rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings across both new build and secondhand properties on the Greenwich Peninsula
- Managing sales progression from offer acceptance through to successful completion
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and solicitors
- Negotiating offers and expertly managing expectations across different property types
- Developing comprehensive knowledge of the Peninsula's amenities, transport links, and lifestyle offerings
- Generating new business opportunities and valuation leads within the local area
- Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager to achieve team targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing market intelligence
- Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the prestige of the location
