We're working with a well-established main contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager (No.1) for a flagship student accommodation development in Central London.

This is a high-profile project that is already live on site, offering long-term security and the chance to lead delivery on a complex, multi-storey build.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for managing site operations, driving programme, quality, and health & safety performance. You'll work closely with the wider project team to ensure the build progresses smoothly through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall site management and coordination of works
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Driving programme and resolving site-based issues
• Maintaining excellent quality control and compliance
• Reporting progress to the wider project leadership team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale projects
• Strong background in multi-storey residential or student accommodation schemes
• Confident managing complex builds in tight urban environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
