What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and qualify buyers - Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors to the show apartment and sales suite, understanding their needs and budget to match them with the perfect property
- Conduct high-quality viewings - Showcase the development's exceptional features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits while highlighting the unique selling points of this prestigious riverside location
- Build lasting relationships - Develop rapport with potential buyers, maintaining regular contact and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline
- Negotiate and secure reservations - Handle offers professionally, negotiate terms, and convert interest into confirmed sales while achieving monthly targets
- Manage the sales progression - Guide buyers from reservation through to legal completion, coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
- Provide expert advice - Stay informed on mortgage products, Help to Buy schemes, and market trends to offer valuable guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records - Update CRM systems with customer interactions, viewing feedback, and sales pipeline information
- Deliver exceptional service - Ensure every buyer receives a premium, five-star experience from first enquiry to keys handover
