High-impact Finance Manager role in a fast-growing, PE-backed property business.

I'm partnering with a private equity-backed property management company that has just completed a full finance restructure and is now entering a rapid growth phase. They're hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to own the finance function and work directly with the CFO and Board.

This is a genuine career-accelerator role - ideal for a studying or newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant who wants responsibility, exposure and progression early.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting commercial modelling and growth initiatives.

Who this suits

• Studying or newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.

• Commercial, organised and confident with senior stakeholders.

• Strong Excel skills (Power Query / Power Pivot a big plus).

• Property experience helpful but not essential.
