Fit Out / Finishing Manager
High-End Residential Scheme - RC Frame, West London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fit Out / Finishing Manager to join a flagship high-end residential development consisting of 100 units.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a quality-led project, overseeing the internal fit-out and finishing phases to a high specification.

Project Details:

• Sector: High-end residential

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: Up to June 2026 (with potential for extension)

Responsibilities:

• Managing final internal fit-out and finishing works

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site

• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification

• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety

• Working closely with the site team and client representatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out / Finishing Manager on residential projects

• Strong eye for detail and quality

• Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS preferred

Rate:

• £300 - £350 per day (PAYE)
