Are you friendly, proactive and great with people? Looking for an immediate role where every day is different? We're recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic student accommodation site in Cambridge to cover on site across weekends.

Hours : Saturday & Sunday, 9am - 5pm

Salary : £12.21 per hour

About the Role

As the on-site point of contact, you'll be the friendly face that helps create a brilliant living experience for students. You'll be based at the property over the weekends and support residents, visitors and prospective tenants with everything they need, including:

• Welcoming students, answering queries and providing day-to-day support
• Managing parcel deliveries and collections
• Handling student requests and general enquiries
• Conducting viewings for prospective students and parents
• Ensuring communal spaces stay tidy and presentable
• Liaising with the wider property team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has great communication and customer service skills
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems
• Is organised, confident and reliable
• Is comfortable working on-site in a busy, people-focused environment
• Can start immediately and is happy with an ongoing temporary position
