Customer Service Assistant - Part Time (16 Hours, Weekend) | Permanent

Are you friendly, proactive and great with people? We're looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join a welcoming student accommodation site in Cambridge on a part-time, permanent basis (16 hours per week, weekends only).

This is a varied, front-of-house role ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a positive community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for students, visitors and parents
• Providing friendly, day-to-day customer service and support to residents
• Managing parcel deliveries and collections
• Handling general enquiries and student requests in a timely manner
• Conducting viewings for prospective students and their families
• Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable
• Taking a hands-on approach to ad-hoc tasks around the building
• Working closely with the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve issues

About You

• Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Hands-on with a positive "no job too small" attitude
• Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks independently
• Comfortable working on-site in a busy, people-focused environment
• Happy to work weekends as part of a 16-hour schedule
