Job Title: Prime Property Manager

They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Prime Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a luxury residential portfolio in Mayfair. This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can deliver a consistently high level of service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties are maintained to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Occupier Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, managing enquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion
- Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, renewals, and check-outs
- Monitor rent collection, enforce lease terms, and manage arrears in a measured and effective manner
Property Maintenance & Compliance
- Oversee routine and reactive maintenance, repairs, and statutory inspections
- Instruct and manage approved contractors, ensuring quality, value, and timely delivery
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legislative requirements
Financial & Portfolio Oversight
- Prepare and manage property budgets and service charge expenditure
- Monitor costs and identify efficiencies without compromising standards
- Produce regular reports covering occupancy, maintenance, and financial performance
Administration & Regulatory
- Maintain accurate property and tenancy records, including compliance documentation
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice
- Support initiatives aimed at minimising void periods and maintaining strong occupancy levels
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing prime or high-value residential property
- Strong working knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Confident managing budgets and financial reporting
