You'll work across five interconnected businesses with genuine breadth, impact, and exposure to institutional-quality decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Asset Management

• Deliver quantitative analysis, investment recommendations, and business cases for third-party investors
• Oversee financial models, ensuring accuracy and alignment between Asset Management and Finance
• Support new investment products and coordinate Investment Memoranda and due diligence materials

Capital Markets & Investor Relations

• Support debt and capital markets processes, including financial modelling and lender documentation
• Prepare investor reporting and present business strategy and performance to stakeholders
• Act as central interface ensuring consistent, timely information flows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Operations, Development, Transactions, and Finance teams
• Champion institutional best-practice across analysis, reporting, and decision-making
• Gain exposure across five interconnected businesses within the platform
