We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist - Sales & Lettings Administrator to support the office operations and assist our property teams in maintaining high standards.
Role Overview
This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with administrative support to the sales and lettings teams. You will be a key part of ensuring seamless office operations, offering support from client welcome through to listing management and deal progression.
The successful candidate will help deliver an efficient and professional experience for clients, visitors and colleagues, contributing to the smooth running of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, greeting all with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reception duties and maintain an orderly, presentable office environment.
Liaise with external suppliers to ensure office upkeep and smooth operational flow.
Provide administrative support to Sales & Lettings Negotiators and Managers.
Schedule appointments and manage team calendars effectively.
Maintain and update CRM records and assist with tracking deals and pipeline activity.
Upload property listings online promptly and with attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with all departments to support the listing process and office needs
Support the Sales & Lettings teams with overall administration and documentation for listings, progression and general processes.
This role involves customer service, administration and coordination, ensuring our office functions efficiently at all times.
