Lettings Consultant - Battersea

£25,000 basic | £60,000 OTE | £35,000 guaranteed for 4 months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Lettings Consultant to join my client, a highly successful boutique independent agency with two branches specialising in developments across Battersea and Canary Wharf.

This Battersea-focused role offers the chance to work within a dynamic team, managing lettings across some of London's most sought-after developments whilst benefiting from excellent earning potential and career progression opportunities.

The Role:

Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Generating and conducting viewings across prime Battersea developments
• Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities and growing your pipeline
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey
• Achieving and exceeding monthly targets

What's on Offer:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum
• OTE: £60,000
• Guaranteed Earnings: £35,000 for the first 4 months
• Commission: 10% paid monthly
• Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays, rising by one day per year of service to a maximum of 30 days
• Healthcare: Vitality healthcare from day one
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, plus one Saturday per month 10am-4pm
• Location: Office-based in Battersea
