An award-winning interiors collective is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their market-leading sales team. This role offers the chance to work with a company recently recognised as Best Residential Show Home in Europe at the International Property Awards, specialising in show home staging, bespoke furniture schemes, and interior design for private and institutional clients nationwide.

The Role

As Business Development Associate, you'll play an integral part in driving growth by developing, acquiring, and managing both new and existing client relationships. Your focus will be on promoting premium interior design services to the property development sector, from initial enquiry through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and proactively follow up on new leads
• Research and identify new business opportunities across the UK market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private and institutional clients
• Promote show home staging, furniture packs, and bespoke interior design services
• Provide regular progress updates and performance reporting
• Support interior design teams with client liaison and project coordination
• Attend client meetings and site visits nationwide

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven B2B or B2C sales experience with demonstrable track record
• Real estate industry experience and established network essential
• Strong account management background focused on maximising client relationships
• Confident, competitive personality with target-driven mindset
• Excellent phone manner and professional communication skills
• Ability to network effectively in the super-prime market
• Skilled at building pipelines and closing deals
