Office Manager - Real Estate Development (UK)
Our client are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the operations of the UK office for a real estate development brand operating at the premium end of the market.
This role is central to creating a high-calibre, investor-ready environment that reflects the brand's global standards. You will be the custodian of office operations, governance, and service excellence, supporting senior leadership, investors, partners, and high-net-worth individuals engaging with the business.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee day-to-day office operations while delivering a high-touch, discreet, and highly professional experience for internal teams and external stakeholders. The UK office acts as a hub for executive meetings, investor discussions, and partner engagement-making this a highly visible and trusted role.
You will work closely with global teams to ensure the office reflects the standards expected of a premium real estate developer.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing all aspects of daily office operations, ensuring a professional, investor-ready environment.
Overseeing front-of-house, reception, meeting rooms, and hospitality to support HNWI, investors, senior executives, and strategic partners.
Managing facilities, vendors, and service providers including building management, IT, security, and maintenance.
Ensuring operational readiness across HSE, hygiene, access control, and service quality.
Managing office financial administration including petty cash, expenses, invoicing, and cost tracking.
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost reviews.
Coordinating onboarding, seating, asset allocation, and travel logistics for local and visiting teams.
Acting as the local owner of governance, compliance, and UK regulatory requirements.
Supporting executive visits, investor meetings, partner engagements, and UK-based events.
Preparing operational updates and reporting for regional and global leadership.
What We're Looking For
5-7+ years' experience in office management, operations, or executive support, ideally within:
Real estate development or property investment
Professional services, investment, or asset management
Family offices or premium, executive-led organisations
Direct experience supporting HNWI, investors, and senior leadership in high-trust environments.
Strong understanding of UK regulations, facilities management, and vendor ecosystems.
Proven ability to manage service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
Advanced MS Office and digital workflow proficiency.
