About the Role
The consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Associate Director with a background in office fit out and large scale commercial projects. The role will involve leading multi million pound fit out schemes for blue chip clients, particularly within technology focused and corporate environments.

The successful candidate will combine hands on delivery with leadership and strategic client engagement, managing complex stakeholder groups and multidisciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Degree qualified, ideally in a construction related discipline
Proven experience delivering large, high value office fit out projects
Strong background working with blue chip and technology led clients
Ability to lead complex projects autonomously and take ownership of outcomes
Strategic thinker with strong problem solving capability
Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
