About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing guaranteed rent and property management business is seeking a driven Regional Acquisitions Manager to spearhead their portfolio growth across London. They're scaling quickly and need someone who can build meaningful partnerships while securing high-quality rental properties.
This is a predominantly field-based role where you'll be the face of the business, meeting landlords, agents, and developers across the capital to secure new acquisition opportunities.
The Role
You'll take ownership of the entire acquisition pipeline, from identifying opportunities to onboarding new properties:
- Building Relationships: Meet agents, landlords, and developers face-to-face to establish long-term partnerships and present your company's value proposition
- Sourcing Properties: Proactively identify rental opportunities through portals, lead generation, and market intelligence
- Business Development: Generate new opportunities through outbound calling and relationship management with both new and existing contacts
- Property Assessment: Conduct market-aligned appraisals, evaluating suitability and margins while positioning the business as a reliable corporate tenant
- Deal Negotiation: Agree commercial terms with landlords, developers, and agents to secure profitable acquisitions
- Collaboration: Work alongside the property management team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Client Service: Act as the primary contact for your network, ensuring excellent service and sustained satisfaction
What You'll Earn
- Base Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (experience dependent)
- Commission: Uncapped, with OTE of £40,000+
- Car Allowance: £5,100 per annum (including fuel)
- Total Package: £70,000-£75,000+ OTE

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm - no weekends required. You'll split your time between the office and visiting clients across South East London, with the majority of your week spent in the field building relationships.

Ideal Candidate
You'll be someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out meeting people, and has the drive to exceed targets. Property experience is advantageous, but what matters most is your ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional service. Candidate should be Senior Lettings Negotiator and above that has conducted valuations
