Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the COO to support the day-to-day operations of a senior executive within a residential development environment. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications with confidence.
The successful candidate will act as a true right-hand support, ensuring the COO's time is used effectively while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Full diary management for the COO, including scheduling meetings, site visits, travel and priorities
Comprehensive inbox management, drafting responses and handling correspondence on behalf of the COO
Acting as a gatekeeper, managing access and communications with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, papers and follow-up actions
Managing confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
Liaising with senior leadership, consultants, contractors and external partners
Supporting operational projects and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Ensuring deadlines, commitments and actions are tracked and delivered
Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
Exceptional diary and inbox management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
Confidence working independently and using sound judgement
Experience within property, construction or residential development is advantageous
