What You'll Bring
Professional Experience
- Proven track record in sales management, ideally within property, new homes, or retirement living sectors
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a commercially aware mindset
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to completion
- Competent with CRM systems and strong IT skills for maintaining accurate records and reporting
