Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director / Studio Coordinator
Location: Soho (plus client meetings)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us

Our client are a high-end, end-to-end design and creative project management studio delivering exceptional spaces from concept through to completion.
Our work is detail-driven, design-led, and executed to the highest standard. They collaborate with discerning private clients, consultants, and contractors, managing every stage of the creative and delivery process with precision and care.
They are now seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant / Studio Coordinator to work directly alongside one of the Directors in a pivotal, high-responsibility role at the heart of the business.

The Role

This is not a traditional EA role.
You will shadow a Company Director across live projects and business operations, acting as a strategic right hand - ensuring clarity, accountability, and seamless coordination across all moving parts.
You will sit at the intersection of design, project management, and operations - maintaining momentum, capturing detail, and ensuring nothing slips.
This role requires intelligence, discretion, commercial awareness, and a genuine understanding of the design and build process.

Key Responsibilities

Director & Project Support

  • Shadow a Company Director across projects and key business activities

  • Attend all client, consultant, and contractor meetings

  • Take comprehensive meeting minutes with a clear understanding of project requirements

  • Capture and track decisions, actions, risks, timelines, and deadlines

  • Own scheduling and diary management end-to-end

  • Prepare high-quality project documentation and presentations

  • Proactively follow up with consultants and contractors to close loops and maintain project momentum

Studio & Operational Coordination

  • Act as operational glue across the studio

  • Maintain and refine core studio systems and workflows

  • Support project tracking and reporting

  • Ensure accountability across internal and external stakeholders

  • Help drive efficiency, organisation, and consistency across the business

Why This Role?

  • Work directly with senior leadership in a premium, design-led business

  • Be deeply involved in high-value, end-to-end projects

  • Gain exposure to both creative and commercial decision-making

  • Play a critical role in shaping operational excellence

This is an opportunity for someone ambitious, highly capable, and passionate about exceptional design delivery to embed themselves at the core of a growing, high-calibre business.
