Are you someone who loves helping people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and enjoys being the friendly face everyone remembers? If you've worked in hospitality, retail, leisure, front-of-house or customer service, this could be a brilliant next step for you.

We're recruiting a Resident Services Associate to join a modern, professionally-managed Build-to-Rent residential community in High Wycombe. This is a role all about people, service and atmosphere - no previous property experience required.


What you'll be doing

You'll be based on site, acting as the go-to person for residents and visitors alike. Your day will be varied, social and hands-on, including:

  • Welcoming residents and guests with a warm, professional approach

  • Being the first point of contact for questions, requests and day-to-day support

  • Helping to create a positive, community-focused living experience

  • Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs and general enquiries

  • Liaising with maintenance and on-site teams to ensure issues are resolved smoothly

  • Keeping shared spaces looking inviting, organised and well-presented

  • Occasionally assisting with resident events or community initiatives

If you're used to looking after guests, customers or members of the public - you'll feel right at home.


About the environment

You'll be working in a purpose-built rental development designed for long-term living, with high-quality apartments and shared spaces that encourage community and convenience. The focus here is on service, consistency and experience, much like a hotel - but with residents instead of guests.


Who we're looking for

This role is ideal if you are:

  • Friendly, approachable and naturally helpful

  • Confident speaking to people face-to-face and over the phone

  • Organised and able to juggle a few tasks at once

  • Proud of delivering great customer service

  • Comfortable using basic systems, emails and apps (training provided)

No property or Build-to-Rent experience needed - attitude, reliability and people skills matter far more than your CV.
