The Role: Luxury Day Concierge

This is a varied, customer-centric role where you will:

  • Provide exceptional front-of-house service to residents, offering a friendly and professional experience.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with residents, becoming their go-to concierge for every need.

  • Oversee daily operations in luxury amenities such as the spa, gym, cinema, restaurant, and lounges.

  • Assist with IT queries and general troubleshooting, ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Manage bookings, handle enquiries, and respond to all resident requests promptly and efficiently.

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure safety, security, and the presentation of the property is always at its best.

  • Assist with valet parking duties (a valid driving license is required).

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, concierge, guest services, or high-end customer service.

  • A polished, friendly approach with a people-first mentality.

  • Confidence in providing face-to-face service, making each resident feel valued and attended to.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and resolve any challenges.

  • A desire to work in a stable, long-term luxury environment.

  • Good IT awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional, even in busy situations.
