The Role: Luxury Day Concierge
This is a varied, customer-centric role where you will:
Provide exceptional front-of-house service to residents, offering a friendly and professional experience.
Build long-lasting relationships with residents, becoming their go-to concierge for every need.
Oversee daily operations in luxury amenities such as the spa, gym, cinema, restaurant, and lounges.
Assist with IT queries and general troubleshooting, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Manage bookings, handle enquiries, and respond to all resident requests promptly and efficiently.
Conduct regular checks to ensure safety, security, and the presentation of the property is always at its best.
Assist with valet parking duties (a valid driving license is required).
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for individuals with:
Experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, concierge, guest services, or high-end customer service.
A polished, friendly approach with a people-first mentality.
Confidence in providing face-to-face service, making each resident feel valued and attended to.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and resolve any challenges.
A desire to work in a stable, long-term luxury environment.
Good IT awareness and the ability to remain calm and professional, even in busy situations.
