We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for residential developments across Brentford and Ealing - with the autonomy to shape creative campaigns, drive media strategies, and boost sales for new home purchasers.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple residential new homes developments.

  • Lead media planning across digital, print, and OOH, driving leads and engagement.

  • Oversee creative direction, working with agencies to ensure compelling, on-brand campaigns.

  • Manage budgets, track performance, and adjust strategies based on insights and sales reports.

  • Coordinate with sales teams, interior designers, and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and deadlines.

You'll need:

  • Proven experience in residential property marketing, preferably with housebuilders or housing associations.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, delivering on time and on budget.

  • A data-driven, strategic mindset, with experience in both creative and media management.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a hands-on approach to execution.
