Sales Negotiator (Mandarin Speaker)

Are you a confident communicator with fluent Mandarin language skills and a passion for property? We're looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us better serve our growing Mandarin-speaking client base.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of our sales operation, matching buyers with their ideal properties and guiding sellers through the sales process. Your Mandarin language skills will be invaluable in building strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and providing them with exceptional service throughout their property journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and present homes to prospective buyers
• Build and maintain relationships with both vendors and buyers
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
• Provide market appraisals and win new instructions
• Support clients through the sales process from initial enquiry to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records on our CRM system

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Mandarin speaker (verbal and written) - essential
• Strong English communication skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience (estate agency experience desirable but not essential)
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK
