Sales Negotiator

Location: Central London

Salary: £31,250 basic + OTE £59,500

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property sales with a competitive commission structure.

The Role:

• Working as a Sales Negotiator within a dynamic property environment
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Conducting property viewings and negotiations
• Managing sales progression through to completion
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Working Pattern:

• Currently every other weekend

The Ideal Candidate:

• New Homes property experience is highly desirable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
