New Homes Sales Progressor - Spring Contract - West London
Location: Ealing (Hybrid Available)

A leading UK residential developer / housebuilder is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to support a busy West London division through a high-volume exchange and completion period.
This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales progression role where your ability to manage a substantial pipeline from reservation to completion will directly impact cashflow and revenue recognition.
If you are an experienced Property Sales Progressor, New Homes Progressor, Completions Coordinator or Senior Estate Agency Sales Progressor, this opportunity offers immediate impact, hybrid flexibility and strong earning potential.

The Role - Sales Progression & Completions Focus
Managing a high-volume pipeline (40+ live files) from reservation to legal completion
Driving 28-day exchanges and ensuring completion deadlines are met
Daily liaison with solicitors, mortgage brokers, IFAs and buyers
Chasing chains and preventing fall-throughs
Identifying risks within the pipeline and escalating early
Updating CRM / property management systems accurately
Supporting site sales teams and head office with weekly pipeline reporting
Assisting with build completion, handover coordination and practical completion timelines
This is a completions-heavy contract role requiring strong organisation, urgency and confidence.
About you:
You will already be working as one of the following:
New Homes Sales Progressor (developer side preferred)
Property Sales Progressor within estate agency
Completions Coordinator / Completions Manager
Senior Sales Negotiator with strong sales progression experience
You will have:
Experience managing exchange and completion pipelines
Strong knowledge of AML and compliance processes
Experience handling multiple live files in a deadline-driven environment
Confident solicitor liaison and chain management skills
Excellent stakeholder communication
A proactive, detail-oriented approach
Ability to remain calm under pressure during high-volume periods
Experience within housebuilders, residential developers, or off-plan new homes sales is highly desirable.
