This is a Management Accountant position inside a scaling UK BTR platform, backed by serious capital and real growth plans.

You won't be stuck producing numbers.

You'll be using them.

• Working directly with the investment team

• Influencing decisions, not just reporting history

• Owning multi-entity accounting, forecasting, covenants, investor reporting

• Building processes as the platform grows

No hiding in a big team. No corporate fog.

They want:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (qualified or part-qualified)

• Property / real estate exposure

• Strong UK GAAP and Excel

• Someone commercially sharp who actually wants ownership
