The Role

Freelance Graphic Designer - High-End London Property Schemes

£180 - £219 per day + holiday pay

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative across a range of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and premium execution throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing brochures, CGIs, site signage, hoardings, and sales collateral

• Creating digital assets including email campaigns, social media graphics, and web visuals

• Developing brand identities and marketing concepts for new developments

• Working closely with marketing teams, agencies, and sales teams

• Managing multiple projects across different schemes simultaneously

Essential Requirements

MUST have graphic design experience within property and new homes. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

• Proven experience working on residential property or new homes developments

• Strong portfolio showcasing property marketing materials

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Ability to deliver high-end, premium design work

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

• Freelance availability
