Job Title: Sales Administrator - Residential Development
Salary: £32,000

Overview
Our client are a leading Residential Development company who are seeking a diligent and highly organised Sales Administrator to support a busy Sales team while also providing dedicated support to the Sales & Marketing Director. This is a varied and fast-paced position, with approximately 70% of the role focused on sales administration and 30% providing executive support.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong attention to detail, experience in property sales administration, and a thorough understanding of AML compliance processes.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration (70%)

  • Provide full administrative support to the Sales team across multiple developments

  • Liaise with solicitors, agents, brokers, and purchasers to ensure smooth progression of sales

  • Conduct AML checks and ensure full compliance with company and regulatory requirements

  • Source and collate leases and relevant legal documentation for new sales

  • Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure all documentation is correctly filed

  • Produce reports for internal stakeholders as required

Support to Sales & Marketing Director (30%)

  • Comprehensive diary management and meeting coordination

  • Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and reports

  • Arrange team events, off-sites, and client hospitality

  • Support with travel arrangements and general administrative duties


Person Specification

  • Previous experience in property sales administration, ideally within residential development

  • Strong knowledge of AML processes and compliance requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
