Job Title: Sales Administrator - Residential Development
Salary: £32,000
Overview
Our client are a leading Residential Development company who are seeking a diligent and highly organised Sales Administrator to support a busy Sales team while also providing dedicated support to the Sales & Marketing Director. This is a varied and fast-paced position, with approximately 70% of the role focused on sales administration and 30% providing executive support.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong attention to detail, experience in property sales administration, and a thorough understanding of AML compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration (70%)
Provide full administrative support to the Sales team across multiple developments
Liaise with solicitors, agents, brokers, and purchasers to ensure smooth progression of sales
Conduct AML checks and ensure full compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Source and collate leases and relevant legal documentation for new sales
Maintain accurate records on internal systems and ensure all documentation is correctly filed
Produce reports for internal stakeholders as required
Support to Sales & Marketing Director (30%)
Comprehensive diary management and meeting coordination
Prepare meeting packs, presentations, and reports
Arrange team events, off-sites, and client hospitality
Support with travel arrangements and general administrative duties
Person Specification
Previous experience in property sales administration, ideally within residential development
Strong knowledge of AML processes and compliance requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
