An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Asisstant / Events Co-ordinator to join a rapidly growing, highly regarded property developer, supporting the Marketing Manager on a major new launch.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on contract role for March and April, initially based in Uxbridge for 2 weeks before moving to a prestigious brand-new launch in Mayfair.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering up to three events per week, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities will include:

• Co-ordinating and delivering multiple weekly events

• Sourcing and managing suppliers

• Liaising with external partners and stakeholders

• Managing guestlists and handling RSVPs

• Creating event proposals and presentations (PowerPoint)

• Email campaigns using Mailchimp

• Managing and tracking data through Salesforce

• Designing simple event invites (where required)

• On-site event set-up and execution support

This is a highly visible role supporting a flagship launch within a premium setting.

About You

• Proven experience setting up and running events (property or luxury sector desirable)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Mailchimp and Salesforce

• Proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused

• Available for a March-April contract
